Shells by the Pot in Beijing's @hatcheryasia yesterday night. Truely one of the best dining experiences I had so far! My personal favourite were the New Zealand Green Shells in Old Faithful Sauce (White Wine, Lemon, Garlic, Cream & Fresh Herbs). With 7 people we almost ate the whole menu twice, some of the most delicious creations we even ordered thrice. Like the Crispy Kraken w/ Aioli, which was so fresh it must have still been in the sea only hours before.
